About Me
Kia ora, I’m a holistic bodywork practitioner with years of experience in the world of massage, and a strong interest in supporting women through the powerful transitions of life, especially pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is multidimensional, and that touch, movement, sound, scent, herbal medicine, breathwork, and the rhythms of nature all play a vital role in restoring balance to the mind, body, and soul.
I specialise in therapeutic massage with a focus on women’s health, offering tailored treatments that blend technical skill with intuitive, nurturing care. My sessions are designed to relieve pain, ease tension, and create a safe, calming space where clients can reconnect with themselves.
My passion lies in supporting hapū māmā (pregnant women) and new mothers. I provide specialist prenatal massage to ease discomfort, reduce stress, and prepare the body for birth. Postnatal care focuses on womb healing and gentle reconnection, honouring the profound journey of motherhood. I also offer 'closing of the bones' ceremonies; traditional rituals that support emotional and physical integration after birth or other life transitions such as menopause, loss, or major change.
Safety, consent, and cultural respect are at the heart of my practice. I tailor each session to the individual and collaborate with other health professionals when needed to ensure holistic, wraparound care. As my practice evolves, I’m training to offer birth and postpartum doula services, providing emotional and physical support during labour and beyond. While I do not replace a midwife or provide medical care, I walk alongside mothers and their partners to help them feel empowered, informed, and held throughout the birthing experience.
I’m committed to lifelong learning and to weaving together traditional wisdom with evidence informed practices. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, or moving through a personal rite of passage, I’m here to hold space for your healing, your strength, and your story.
